“Focus on what’s right and not what’s wrong”
There is a pupil in my school, Robert, who often misbehavior. Many teachers complain about him being rude and difficult to manage. They focus too much on what’s wrong with him. But I choose to focus on what’s right with him. I see his talent, his gift in leadership. He is also a very intelligent boy. I treat him with respect and care for him. My perspective of him is very positive. And because of this, he respects me in return and will always try his best to live up to what I expect of him.
When you are facing a difficult situation, focus on what’s right and not what’s wrong, focus on the good things and not bad. Then you will be able to manage the situation better, with a smile and be happy.
